Wohlbege undertakes to respect as far as possible the shipping date given to you in the product sheet, in the basket, in the summary of your order and on the order confirmation email. A delivery date will also be indicated to you when you have chosen the delivery method that suits you best.
When ordering several articles, the delivery time to be taken into account is the longest.

Delivery at relay points:
Supermarkets, newsagents, dry cleaners, florists...: relay points are local traders. You can therefore choose to have your order delivered to a relay point close to your home or workplace !
As soon as your parcel is dropped off at a relay point, you will receive a text message and/or an email to inform you.

To collect your parcel, you will need to bring proof of identity, and your parcel will then be given to you against signature.
Note: most of the time, the relay points are not supplied by transporters on Mondays (as many shops are closed that day). Therefore, the delivery time indicated (5 to 10 working days) takes into account the fact that the working days are from Tuesday to Saturday.

Home delivery in 5 to 10 working days :
On the day your parcel is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an e-mail and/or an SMS to inform you of the expected delivery date. You then have the possibility, until midnight, to change the place and/or date of delivery, on the carrier's website! On the day of delivery, in the early morning, you will receive a text message telling you the estimated delivery time (for example: "your parcel will be delivered between 10:20 and 11:20").
If the delivery could not be made, the parcel can be automatically dropped off at a relay point near your home. If access permits, you will find a delivery notice in your letterbox. You will also be notified of a "digital delivery notice" by SMS or e-mail inviting you to go the same day from 2pm to the designated relay point to collect your parcel.
Don't forget to bring an identity card! If you are unable to do so, you can also authorise a person of your choice to collect your parcel. This person must have a letter of authorisation signed by you and his/her identity card. Please note that if you do not collect your parcel from the relay point within two weeks, it will be returned to us.

For deliveries outside UK, delivery costs depend on the destination and will be announced to you when you place your order.
For transport reasons, products cannot be shipped to certain countries and Corsica.

Taxes applied to your orders:
For deliveries within the European Union, French VAT is applied to the order and you will not be able to recover the VAT in your country.
For orders to French Overseas Departments and Territories and outside the European Union, the products will be invoiced to you free of tax and you will have to pay shipping costs calculated according to the country of destination and the weight of the parcel. On receipt of the parcel, you will have to pay, in addition, customs duties, VAT and other local taxes, depending on the country of destination :

The amount of the shipping costs (excluding duties and taxes applicable in your country) will be indicated to you when you choose the method of delivery. For shipments to French overseas departments and territories and outside the EU, we would like to draw your attention to 2 points :
- All duties and taxes are calculated by the customs services on the amount of the order including transport
- If you choose an "express" carrier, you will be charged an additional flat-rate handling fee (generally between €20 and €30), corresponding to the fact that it carries out the calculation and collection of duties and taxes by delegation from customs, which saves you time on delivery.
Additional information:
No compensation can be claimed if an article cannot be delivered: either following an unforeseen manufacturing stoppage, or following strikes, accidents, natural disasters, impossibility to obtain supplies or any other causes beyond our control.
The withdrawal period is 14 days, for non-professionals. The return is free of charge for customers in metropolitan France and Corsica, Luxembourg and Belgium but remains the responsibility of customers residing in other countries and the DOM-TOM.
